the knowledge gathered in parallel projects, we even help our client
in re-engineering their processes to their advantage.
4) Monitoring the Project: Once the parameters
are finalised, we assist our client in selection of vendors and
selection of equipment. Thereafter, we monitor the progress of the
project and inform the client about the deadlines, achievement and
probable delays.
5) Post-Implementation issues: We also help the
client for any post-implementation issues such as user training,
post-live customisation needs and software/hardware upgrades and
any other issue that may come up. |
